How we describe projects. Some of the work was carried out within the structures of general contractors and as a subcontractor. Where confidentiality applies, we state the industry and country instead of the client's name. We don't publish data we can't confirm.

Managing piping installation within the contractor's structure — organising the work and supervising a 50-person execution team.

Responsibility
Delivery of piping works performed by subcontractors — welding, installation, insulation and cleaning — on behalf of the general contractor.

- Cleanliness tests and pressure tests
- Mechanical completion and handover
Control & documentation
- Weld logs and personnel qualifications
- NDT reports and material certificates
- As-built documentation
- Schedule and progress reporting
Result
Participation in dry and wet testing, mechanical completion and handover of the installation to the client and inspectors.

Pharmaceutical projects
Responsibility
Prefabrication of piping elements and quality control for pharmaceutical projects delivered in Western Europe.
Scope
- Inspections based on 3D models and isometrics
- Visual testing (VT) of piping and structures
- Photo and video documentation

- Picoda — as-built documentation
- Navisworks — installation verification

Piping installations — petrochemical plant
Responsibility
Installation and welding of piping systems as a subcontractor — responsible for execution in line with documentation, quality requirements and schedule.
Scope
- DN200 pipeline — approx. 1,200 m
- Installation and welding of process systems
- Leading the execution team
Acceptance
- Cooperation with site supervision
- Participation in inspections and acceptance

Boiler system upgrades
Responsibility
Welding and coordination of welding crews during construction and upgrade of power plant units — boiler systems, piping and heat recovery systems.
Scope
- TIG welding of boiler systems
- Piping and heat recovery systems
- Installation and removal of boiler pickling systems
Organisation
- Crew coordination
- Support with planning and cost estimating
- Compliance checks against documentation
