Execution without control is not management. We monitor workmanship, quality, documentation and the readiness of each scope for acceptance. QA/QC is part of the process from day one, not the last step of the project.

We close out the scope so it can be accepted
Physical completion is not the end of the job. We support punch list close-out, compiling the required documentation, preparing the scope for acceptance and handing it over to the client.
