METAL MASTERS
From the weld to handover
The METAL MASTERS brand was founded in Opole in 2015, built on experience gained directly in execution — welding, prefabrication and installation of industrial systems.
We started with prefabrication and erection of steel structures and welding on power plant projects. With every project the responsibility grew: from leading crews, through welding supervision and piping quality control, to managing piping works on the construction of industrial plants.
Today we are developing METAL MASTERS as a partner for industrial project execution — combining management, specialists, execution and QA/QC in one engagement model.

Launch of the METAL MASTERS brand — prefabrication, welding and steel structure erection.
Energy · welding crews
Construction and upgrade of power plant units · Opole
TIG welding of boiler systems, piping and heat recovery systems. Coordinating welding crews as a subcontractor.
Welding Foreman
Upgrade of boiler systems at a power plant · Poland
Coordinating welding crews (5–7 people), supporting work planning and cost estimating, checking compliance with documentation.
Piping Foreman
Petrochemical plant · Poland
Installation and welding of piping systems, including a DN200 pipeline approx. 1,200 m long. Leading a 6-person team, taking part in inspections and acceptance.
Site Welding & Piping Supervisor
Cathode (battery) materials production plant · Poland
Supervision of piping installation, welding, insulation and cleaning. Coordination of pressure tests, cleanliness tests and acceptance.
Quality Control Engineer — Piping
Pharmaceutical projects · prefabrication and quality control
Inspection of piping prefabrication and installation based on 3D models and isometrics, as-built documentation (Picoda, Navisworks), visual testing (VT).
International Welding Engineer (IWE)
Welding engineer qualification
Adding engineering competence in welding technology and supervision to hands-on execution experience.
Site Manager — piping works
Cathode (battery) materials production plant · Poland
Responsible for piping works performed by subcontractors: prefabrication, passivation, NDT, cleanliness tests, pressure tests, mechanical completion and handover.
Construction Manager — piping installation
Industrial project · ongoing
Managing piping installation within the contractor's structure: supervising a 50-person team and installation of approx. 7,000 spools.
